Lead Process Equipment


Job Description: Work in project team to start up facility and later work with production technology team to support production process and continuous improvement.

Skill requirement: 技能要求
? Knowledge and working experience with project team on process design, basic design package and skill of P&ID.
? 具有过程设计、基础设计、PID技能的知识与经验
? Knowledge of chemical property, MSDS, hazard assessment and safety matrix.
? 具有化学性能、MSDS、危险评估及安全矩阵的知识
? Knowledge and experience of process safety such as flammable materials, toxic material and other hazard materials.
? 具有过程安全的知识，如易燃物、有毒物及其他有害物质
? Knowledge of property reaction matrix and chemical reaction.
? 具有反应矩阵和化学反应知识
? Working experience with project engineer to start up facilities. Knowledge of hazard reviews of project commissioning and start up.
? 具有工程师开车设备的经验及对试车、开车有害性的检测。
? Basic knowledge of control system, instrument, electrical and piping. Good interface with project engineers.
? 具有控制系统（仪器、电器、管道）的知识，及与工程师的良好沟通
? Knowledge of batch control process and continuous process technology.
? 具有间歇反应、连续反映的技术知识
? Knowledge of mass balance, energy balance, pump, mixing and related calculation.
? 具有物料平衡、能量平衡、泵、混合的相关的计算
? Knowledge and experience of continuous improvement on safety, quality, costing and productivity.
? 具有在安全、质量、消耗、生产力方面的持续改进知识与经验
? Knowledge and experience on root cause analysis of process problems.
? 具备深入分析出现过程问题的知识与能力
? Working with international resources on process improvement.
? 具备与国际过程改进能源的合作能力


Minimum Job Requirements: 应聘条件
? BS or MS in Chemical or Chemical Process Degree
? 化学或化学工程专业
? 10 years of experience of process engineer in chemical plant including 3 years of experience working with engineering team to build or upgrade new facilities
? 具备在化工行业的10年化工经验，其中包括在工程团队中3年的建设或改革新设备工程的经验
? Good command of English.
? 具备良好的英语能力
? Good skill of communication and coordination.
? 具备良好的沟通和合作技能
