JOB PURPOSE
? Internal Controls for all entities / activities of the China Group:
? Responsible for all Internal control related matters including internal control procedures and policy, policy communication, Company Level Controls, fraud monitoring and communication, ethical guidelines interpretation.
? Testing of Standard Operating Procedures and processes;
? Liaison with Local Audit Committee (if any);
? Supervise the periodic internal training programs for finance;
? Liaison with all departments, and strong working relationship with Legal department and Finance department.
? Travel required
INTERNAL CONTROL
? Work closely with each Department to ensure that:
the processes that are in place ensuring that the level of internal control is sufficient;
each process has been properly documented by the process owner;
the implementation of the SOP (training, communication and follow up).
Prepare the related electronic versions of procedures and policies;
? Ensure that local procedures reflect all requirements of Yuanliu China and Camus Group policies and procedures ? Implement and monitor the company level control self-assessment assessment;
? Control that the Company is respecting the Camus Group values and principles;
? Responsible for promulgation of specific policies such as Alcohol code, Code of Ethics, Environment Health & S afety policy
? Perform local internal audits of all legal entities, all departments, all functions, all cycles
? Co-ordinate with Group internal auditors
? Update regularly the local management on the follow-up of internal audit recommendations and action plans
? Audit on a regular basis the compliance with Group / Regional and affiliate SOPs.
FINANCIAL INFORMATION
? Establish a finance reference and resources library
? Obtain and communicate any changes to local Chinese accounting rules
CONTROLS TRAINING
? Train employees on procedures; and
? Assist in the coordination and preparation of periodic Finance & Administration training meetings.
COMPLIANCE
? Organization and coordination of all activities related to promoting and implementing the Values Code of Ethics of Camus Group;
? Promote knowledge and understanding throughout the organization of Camus Group Values and the Code of Ethics.
? Contribute to the implementation of the Values and of the rules of the Code of Ethics in the day-to-day business of the Company;
? Assist in the investigation of matters arising from the Company's whistle-blowing procedure
? Cooperation within the Camus Group network of internal control officers.
? To lead in implementing HSE activities in the relevant areas in order to meet the designated goals; and
? Assist in setting HSE goals and implementing HSE highest standards.
BUDGET:
? Develop and maintain the Internal Control annual operating and capital budgets.
? Responsible for monitoring Internal Control activities and costs as related to overall utilizations of resourc es within approved budget.
TEAM MANAGEMENT:
? In the event of any future expansion of the Internal Control team, manage the team to ensure that the missions, teamwork, cross-functional relationships, personal motivation, career development and succession plan are in a good order: training, appraisal process, Talent Management etc.
? Responsible for ensuring that the Camus and Yuanliu company values and ethics are respected within the Internal Control department
? Responsible for internal control assessment of the Internal Control department.

REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION
? Masters degree in finance, including studies in audit, internal controls.
WORK EXPERIENCE
? Minimum 5 years experience including:
o 3 years with international audit / accounting firm, with minimum 2 years experience in the specific field of audit, and
o 2 years working in an internal audit leadership role in a corporate environment
SKILLS
? Strong, fluent English is a requirement
? Developed influencing skills
? Diplomatic but firm
? Able to work comfortably across all functions including management, sales, marketing, finance, HR, logistics, legal, etc.
? Good organizing and planning skills, communication, open minded, interpersonal relationships
? Good communication skills: Important to have good networking and influencing skills as this job is connected to several different functions
? Must adhere to company values and ethics at all times
? Anticipation, foresight, autonomy, self-starting, initiative-taking are all musts, combined with an ability to inform and consult with hierarchy and keep stakeholders informed and involved.
? Good management leadership skills a plus
? Mobility for travel
