完成信贷报告、制作合同并准备额度启动工作

Performance Items

岗位职责

1. Finish Credit Package (including new application, review and line adjustment) timely with high quality.

按时按质完成信贷报告(包括新申请,年度审核和额度调整)

2. Manage new application and annual review status of dealer, and feedback and commucate with Sales in time.

管理好自已处理的新申请、年审进度，适时与销售部进行沟通和反馈。

3. Credit Line Activation Support including making and checking Legal Documents, Insurance and Check List.

额度启动支持, 包括准备和检查合同文件,保险及启动清单

4. File Management inculding collecting, checking and transfering both WS documents and retail documents or any documents SPS related.

文件管理,包括收集,检查,传递库存融资,零售业务文件以及任何销售企划支援部负责的文件管理

5. Other issues assigned by department and company.

改善活动

一.学习指标

Part 1. Learning Target

1.入职第一自然年内完成改善课程1-5的学习并通过测试；

2.财年内积极参加改善相关课程的学习(包括但不限于TBP等)并完成作业。

1.Complete Kaizen Skills Assessment & Certification Program skill set 1-5 and pass the examination during the first calendar year;

2.Participate Kaizen related training and complete assignment (Including but not limited to TBP etc.) during the fiscal year actively.

二.实践指标

Part 2. Practice Target

1.财年内至少完整参加改善项目1个并参与完成该项目A3一份,按时提交至改善委员会以参加公司内部改善竞赛；

2.在改善项目中以客户服务改进和成本控制为核心,积极提出建设性意见；

3.在日常工作中能随时发现问题并主动提供改善的建议

1.Participate 1 Kaizen project ,complete and submit the project A3 to Kaizen Committee on time for the internal competition;

2.Submit constructive opinion about the customer service improving and cost control in Kaizen project;

3.Find out the problem and give the suggestion forwardly during daily work.

Requirements

任职条件

1）Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, English or equivalent experience.

2）Preferably 2-year working experience in related field.

3）Preferably in the sales or financial services with multinational companies.

4）Working knowledge of the finance industry as required as well as general business and sales knowledge.

5）Solid financial analysis skills and financial statements interpretation.

6）Fluent English

1）大学本科学历，财务、经济、金融、英语相关专业。

2）两年以上相关行业工作经验优先。

3）具备跨国公司销售或金融服务工作经验者优先考虑。

4）掌握金融行业所需的一般业务和销售知识。

5）具备扎实的金融分析能力和财务报表解释能力。

6）英语流利。
