职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the Helpdesk Team to ensure that agreed service levels are met. Monitor, measure, and report on helpdesk operations and escalate support tickets to ensure problems are handled as quickly as possible.
2. Identify and lead Helpdesk projects focused on improving the helpdesk effectiveness and employees desktop and support experience.
3. Develop and standardize formal helpdesk procedures.
4. Identify staff training requirements and recommend development opportunities to improve staff development and technical expertise.
5. Develop and retain a high performing Helpdesk Team by providing effective leadership, recruiting, coaching, training, performance evaluation to team members.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Computer Science or IT related
2. Minimum 5 years IT related experience and at least 1 year at management position
3. Customer oriented
4. Good problem-solving skills, creatively and proactively identifying and resolving potential issue
5. Strong leadership capability and good people management skills
6. Strong English skills (verbal and written)
