岗位职责：
1.依据公司政策、合同销售的相关程序、相关产品手册和技术资料的有关规定，进行产品推广，宣传和销售，对合同项目进行技术和商务洽谈；对售前的技术规格进行确认。
2.市场信息的收集和分析。
3.客户发展和管理，建立良好的业务关系, 为公司争取稳定和高质量的客户群。
4.新梯核价和价格谈判，为公司争取最大利润同时确保项目的成功率和价格准确性。
5.在销售前项目洽谈过程中，协调客户和公司各相关部门，确保定单各环节的准确性、及时性和成功性。

岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，二年以上销售经验，有电梯行业经验者优先；
2、良好的人际沟通与表达能力，具有一定的谈判能力；
3、具有团队合作精神，能够在压力下保持积极的工作态度。
