Responsibility:
1. Escalation case follow up and take ownership
2. Proactively review daily reports from parts and field service
3. Prioritize and communicate escalation requests to Depot and status back to Customer
4. Process and policy management
5. Contact point of call center for partners
Skill-set requirements:
? Deep understanding of PC SW and HW support
? Fluent Proficiency & Comprehension of Korean language. Strong preference for native speakers
? Highly organized and detail oriented with a very strong focus on process, trends, and root cause analysis
? Good time management skills
? Independently driven to learn new applications, technologies, and skills
? Professional partner/Customer service skills: solutions mindset, helping nature, passion for the Customer and the Customer experience
? Ability to handle difficult or irate Customers effectively; ability to set expectations and deliver information in a positive way
? Polished etiquette and delivery to partners and Customers
? Ability to multi-task while effectively communicating with partners/Customers

Priority & Education
? College Degree (preferred)
? High School Degree or GED (required)
? PC industry knowledge required
? At least 1 year experience in PC field support
