Responsibility
CS trainer will be responsible for improving agents spoken Korean and communication skill which needs to reach native speaker level. Typical activities include:
1. Initiate and conduct Korea culture and communication skill training
2. Develop training curriculum, make training plan and evaluation methodology
3. Discover agents communication problem through call audit and take actions to improve
4. Strongly utilize effective problem-solving method to create permanent solutions. Generate reports to document findings, causes, corrective actions and preventative actions
5. Complete other work which is assigned by manager
Basic skill and priority:
? College Degree (preferred)
? High School Degree or GED (required)
? PC industry knowledge (preferred)
? At least 1 years skill training or QC experience (required)
? At least 1 years’ experience in PC field support (required)
