Duties will include:
* Reporting daily and weekly operating metrics
* Leading the implementation of new automated reporting.
* Providing financial analysis to prioritize and lead cost reduction efforts
* Providing Forecast / Planning / Closing process follow up for facility optimization initiatives

* Reports generation and optimization as per requirements
* Managing staff planning and metrics models

* Other jobs assigned by superior

Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree required
* Strong financial analysis & modeling skills and detail oriented
* 3+ years experienced in corporate finance analyst
* Work independently and work successfully in a fast pace and ambiguous
* Strong bilingual communication skills, both verbal and written
* Good team work, willing to influence others
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
* Experience in weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reporting

Preferred Qualifications:
* Proven ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions;
* Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload;
* Customer focus and professional demeanor;
* Knowledge of Distribution Center processes and systems a plus;
* Experience in manufacture industry;
* Strong influencing skill to keep business run in a healthy way is preferred.
