1、负责公司各类合同的法务评审。
2、负责公司合同、招投标及相关法律文书的起草和审核及文档的管理、项目谈判的参与并提供法律的支持。
3、负责公司法律事务的处理，如公司涉及的各类诉讼案件的跟踪、处理，与外部法律机构的协调。
4、其他部门临时交待的工作。
岗位要求：
1、全日制重点大学本科及以上学历，法律相关专业。
2、五年以上企业法务（合同评审、应收帐款、诉讼等）相关工作经验。
3、具有律师资格证书或法律职业资格证书者优先考虑。
4、英文听说写熟练者优先。
5、具有良好的职业道德、工作素质及个人修养，良好的敬业精神和解决问题的能力，细心，善于沟通，有团队协作精神。
