QUALIFICATION 任职资格：

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Finance /Accountant / Business administration
• 5-8 years relevant working experience, and over 3 years experience in manager level
• Knowledge of SAP operation is require
• Knowledge and skills of cost analysis and control, capital and fixed assesst management, AR&AP and Tax
• communicate fluently in both written and spoken Chinese as well as English
• Must have organizational skills, be a self starter, team player and an active listener
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point
• Must be able to interpret financial statements

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责：

• Support and maintain safety, environment, finance integrity, quality, and other Modine policy and achieve company targets.
• Make sure function can achieve functional goals
• Supervise the Finance function including recruitment, training, development and retaining of all departmental employees
• Overall responsibility for the daily operations of Finance function, including accounting and finance, internal & external service, costing and control functions etc
• Budgeting and forecasting: Company mid-term/long-term plan and monthly forecast, including B/S, P&L and cash-flows
• Reporting: Monthly reporting, performance analysis against budget/forecast, etc.
• Internal control and compliance: Management Control Assessment, internal/external/tax audits
• Coordinates accounting functions with other departments to fulfill management objectives as a team.
• Maintains good relationship with local Finance & Taxation Authorities.
