Function:职责：
This role is focused on leading the whole reactive, preventative and predictive maintenance (both mechanical and electrical expertise) for all the different types of production equipment installed in a specific factory.
该岗位职责主要是领导所有的反应性、预防及预见性维修人员（包括机械和电气技术），负责维护某个工厂安装的所有不同型号的生产设备。

Responsibilities工作职责:
1） Lead a team of salaried maintenance technicians, mechanics and electricians on rotating crews to achieve the department goals in terms of safety, quality, and production. He directly reports to the Maintenance and Engineering Director.
领导工程部技术人员、机械人员和电气人员实现安全、质量和生产相关的部门目标。他直接向维修和工程总监汇报。

2）Maximizing the overall equipment efficiency of machinery through problem definition, root cause analysis, preventative/predictive maintenance management and spare parts optimization.
 通过确定问题、根本原因分析、预防/预见性维修管理和备件最优化来实现机械设备综合效率最大化。

3）Hands-on role including shutdown planning and direct involvement in shutdown project work. Must be experienced with preventive and predictive maintenance.

4）Carry out common engineering and management duties including understanding and writing technical specifications.

General Requirements: 一般要求

1） BS in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
   具有机械/电气工程专业的本科学历或相关经验
2）Better have 10 plus years of proven technical experience in tyre industry.
   最好具备与轮胎行业相关的10年以上的技术经验
3）Mechanical/Electrical ability.

4） A very strong mechanical aptitude is a must.

5）Must demonstrate supervisory experience.

Experience with equipment reliability management, project management and automation.
