Job Description

This position will gain exposure to and become responsible for financial overall functions including costing, planning, reporting and financial analysis. Overseeing the monthly closing, rolling forecast, reporting package, standard costing details, variance analysis, margin analysis and inventory aging review and valuation for specific ledgers. Manage transfer price rules and problem fix with internal business partner. Support FC on financial internal controlling. The position will be required to work closely with plant operations and management teams.

A. Manage cost accounting system and oversee the daily and monthly costing operation including daily GP results and variance analysis. Regularly monitor and revaluate standard cost correctness. Identify corrective actions and opportunities or risks of existing business transactions. Communicate results to management team in both formal and informal settings.

B. In charge of monthly closing monitoring, proactively identify the potential issues with properly communication to relevant personnel to timely resolve. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial result.

C. Be responsible for the overall monthly financial reporting and rolling forecast, operation packages per regional reporting calendar and unscheduled analysis reports.

D. Lead site level annual physical inventory. Regularly review and evaluate inventory aging and integrality, drive E&O inventory reduction and disposal.

E. Work with FC in plant’s transfer price management and relevant process optimization. Ensure the accuracy of standard cost information in ERP system. Fix problems with relevant team when it happen. Coordinate the transfer price tax compliance analysis with WHQ tax department.

F. Support FC in coordinating annual profit plan of plant, be responsible for the entire PP schedule and reporting package.

G. Coordinate the project financial benefits evaluation, work with operation team on the financial performance driving on diversified projects.

H. Support FC and accounting leader in internal and external diversified audits.

I. Support FC in plant’s long term plan.

J. Support finance controller on internal culture development.

K. Support finance controller on organization’s capability build up and improvement.

L. Other projects or tasks assigned by FC.
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)1. B.S. Degree in Accounting or Business. CPA is preferred
2. 7-10 years of accounting or finance experience, preferred in multinational company
3. Understanding of US GAAP and PRC GAAP.
4. Familiar with Oracle or SAP system.
5. Good verbal and written English communication skill
6. Possess a solid accounting background, an aptitude for ERP and Microsoft office and willing to focus on details.
7. Effectively drives and manages change, challenges the status quo.
8. Leverages functional and cross-functional resources to solve problems, improve processes and meet objectives.
