岗位要求 Job requirements：
1、本科及以上学历，高分子材料类或橡胶类专业；
Above bachelor degree, majored in polymer materials or rubber ;
2、英语听说读写能力良好，CET-4以上；
Good English listening, reading and writing ability, fluent oral English, above CET 4.
3、专业基础知识牢固，喜欢科研创新，对研发工作感兴趣；
Professional knowledge, like scientific research and innovation, interested in research and development work;
4、善于沟通、责任心强。
