职位描述：
Responsibility:

Execute recruiting of new employees through proper channels and assist the candidates screening;
Consolidate attendance record, monthly performance evaluation, and calculate payroll;
Maintain the social insurance, Housing Accumulation Fund change and payment, and other items of employee benefit;
Maintain and improve training system to support business strategy and improvement of employee competencies;
Manage labor relation related tasks, including employee labor contract signing, renewal or termination, on-board and termination clearing process, etc..
HR data and report maintenance.

 
Qualification Required:
Bachelor degree or above;
Minimum 2 years working experience with good knowledge of labor laws and local regulations;
Working experience in multinational company preferred;
Meticulous and active, and good sense of responsibility;
Strong communication skills & team work;
