Job Summary:
1) The member of Technical support team under Technical Service Dept, responsible for Combine Technical Support, Hay Tool, Sprayer.
2) Work loading ratio in this position: Combine Support 40%, Hay Tool 30%, Sprayer 20%, other support to Service software 10%.
3) This position will have frequent and significant interaction with Combine/Hay Tool/ Sprayer dealers and end users for correct operation, health checking, trouble shooting and intelligence collecting.
4) Meanwhile, he has interaction with the counterpart of AGCO oversea factory of Combine Harvest/Hay Tool/ Sprayer and also AGCO YanZhou Plant: daily email/call communication and monthly meeting.
5) Collect the failure intelligence and author the failure knowledge into the system.
6) Offer the solution in the 400 Hot line and Service platform in Webchat.
7) The role is intimately familiar with how the products are used; has a strong appreciation of what Customer needs,business practices and expectations; and has earned the respect of the dealers, customers and AGCO employees.
8) The specialist is the "field antenna" for technical support and service , whose primary function is to identify, investigate and report timely.

Job Responsibilities:
1) Assigned to and works within Combine Harvester/Hay tool/Sprayer (90% work load)
2) Makes frequent, scheduled visits to the Combine Harvester/Hay tool/Sprayer Dealers and End users to get the data for machine performance.
3) Acts as the eeyes, ears, and hands of Technical Services & Support when requested and necessary. Available for quick dispatch as Combine Harvester/Hay tool/Sprayer technical for trouble shooting and guiding.
4) Provides technical advice to dealers without usurping the responsibilities of Technical Support in AGCO related plants.
5) Assists/coaches/trains dealers on technical problem investigation as well as solution implementation.
6) Collect the failure intelligence and author the failure knowledge into the system.
7) Report system of monthly report for product performance and Top issue.
8) Conduct first-level inspection, analysis and reporting of failed parts.
9) Follow-up and provide updated information to dealers and end users.
10) Basically, lives and breathes the "technical side" of Combine harvester/ Hay tool/ Sprayer

Minimum Qualifications:
1) Degree in Mechanical Engineering,machine design or equivalent.
2) 3 years in technical support, Design, Quality supervising, Final inspection in Agriculture machine or other equivalent machine.
3) Technical skill including problem solving and trouble shooting
4) Thorough understanding of Combine,Hay tool, Sprayer: its operation, how it is utilized, how to make calibration, how to control loss ratio.
5) Reliable and able to work independently.
6) Well organized
