职位描述：
Electrical Engineer
LOCATION: Qingdao Office
REPORTS TO: Maintenance & Engineering Manager
FUNCTION/DEPARTMENT: Maintenance & Engineering
GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance and Repair of production equipment ,quick response to shoot all kind of electrical problem such as Relay control, proximity senior , Labview and PLC fault etc
2. Management of company public facility including electrical distribution room and air compressor room, mist collector and ventilation facility. etc
3. Management and maintenance of all Congnex vision inspection device and system
4. Make a yearly machine preventive maintenance plan of responsible area and lead the team to implement preventive maintenance activity
5. Responsible for machine related TS documentation management and update
6. Responsible for machine safety assessment and correction tracking
7. Responsible for raising purchasing machine spare parts and assessment spare parts safety stock quantity

Requirements & Qualifications:
1. Electrical related majored ,bachelor degree or above
2. Familiar with AB (5,500,1000)PLC and touch screen programming technology
3. Familiar with Labview software programming technology
4. Familiar with Congnex vision system programming technology
5. AT least 5years TPM experience;
6. Good team working and dedication

Preferred:

1. Automobile industry work experience
2. Good English both oral and written
3. High voltage electrical certification
4. Basic programming skill of C++ 举报 分享
