职位描述：
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1.Responsible for plant lever MTBF, and MTTR.
2.Lead the plant PM/CM/TPM activities to ensure a smooth and continuous production.
3.Drive and lead maintenance team competency.
4.Responsible for plant facility daily maintenance.
5.Covers all the operation machines and facilities for VA, Supply end and valve production lines.
6.Implement major start-up, and projects involving installation, relocation, or repair of equipment, tooling and physical plant.
7.Direct and assign maintenance personnel, by establishing priorities and work schedules. Recommend methods for projects and repairs.
8.Coordinate the development of skilled trades and training needs for the department.

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
1.Bachelor degree, mechanical or related background. 5 above related experience in industrial area.
2.Excellent spoken and written command of Chinese and English language.
3.Strong written and oral communication skills.
4.Excellent hands-on PC-based computer skills: word-processing; spreadsheets; databases; presentations.
5.Experience working and managing in high-performance, quality-oriented, team-based workplaces.
6.Experience and ability in managing, training, and developing personnel to prepare them for advancement.
7.Experience traveling, and willingness to travel overseas for training and other business purposes.
8.Demonstrated record of stability and commitment in previous work experience.
9.Desire to learn new technical knowledge and management approaches.
