Job Duties
A Completed PP Budget and control it to meet the business need in Labor Cost area.
B Annual update & follow up the compensation and benefits policies(e.g.: Discipline management policy, Working attendance management policy, benefit policy) to ensure compliance with law, local regulation and company values and deliver it to employees.
C Participate internal and external C&B survey, design, monitor and review the basic compensation structures in the organization (grading system, job evaluation system, job description policy, promotion policy, etc.) aligned with the corporate culture and the corporate values
D Leads HR Projects from the compensation and benefits area.
E Coordinates and review compensation processes like the Merit planning, salary band and grade and VPP to insure effectiveness.
F Builds and maintain the positive and influencing relationship with the executive management. Administers APEX process to ensure timely and qualified completion (both online salaried staffs and offline shop floor workers)
G Generates C&B related process and report in a timely and accurately manner, including but not limited to payroll, working attendance , OT analysis, turnover analysis, E-star etc.
H Assessment and control labor risk including but not limited manages labor contract signing and renewal, administrates mandatory social insurance etc.
I Assists HRM to pass internal and external audit and settle employee disputes, grievance, complaints, arbitrations, employee punishment and investigation, and RIF if needed etc.
J Acts as Eaton Flexible benefits and E-star local coordinator, deliver flex related knowledge to employee and push them to finish enrollment on time, on-time inputs all offline rewards and recognitions into system and promote E-Star tool.
K Others as appropriate.
Requirement
A Above 7 years in HR role. Solid experience in C&B, and at least 2 years in other functions, preferred in Learning & Develop.
B Excellent Communication and Influencing skills and demonstrated ability to work consultatively with department managers required, including ability to proactively engage managers.
C Strong action generation skill and on aggressively follow up.
D Strong problem solving skill and operation execution.
E Good command of verbal and written English and Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
F Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines.
