职位描述：
Roles & Responsibilities:？
1、Act as technical liaison between OE customers and R&D development team
作为原厂配套客户与公司研发部门间的技术沟通桥梁
2、Establish project plan and continuously track milestones based on Business Unit’s valid
processes (phases, deliverables, milestones, quality-gates etc.)
建立项目规划，根据业务单元的有效过程持续追踪（阶段、交付、时间、质量检验等）
3、Support Key Account activities operatively such as: RFQ, project plan, and kick-off meeting
有效地支持大客户活动，比如：报价邀请函，项目计划，启动会议
4、Get/ distribute information about new OE customer vehicles, future requirement trends reference tire/rim/ test equipment for internal testing, technical requirements from the OE customers per specification (Engineering requirement book/ drawing/target letters)
得到及分配新OE客户信息，未来需求预测，参考轮胎/轮辋/测试设备进行内部测试
5、Control the standard regulation for the O.E.M. (CCC - ECE - DOT)
为OE管理控制标准管制

1、Master or Bachelor degree in Automotive Engineering or similar
本科及以上学历，汽车工程、高分子、化学等相关专业
2、Fluent in oral and written English
英语听说读写熟练
3、Preferred candidates with tire development knowledge, 3 years experience in tire development
testing or manufacturing
3年以上轮胎行业工作经验
4、Highly organized to manage several tasks at the same time

5、Social competence to develop a close relationship/ trust with the customer
