职位描述：
岗位职责：

草拟、审核、修订各种合同及其他法律文件；

To draft, review and amend contracts and legal documents;

配合公司各业务部门及外部律师及时处理各类争议；

To assist other departments and cooperate with external lawyers to deal with various disputes;

就各公司运营过程中出现的法律问题提供法律意见；

To provide legal opinion for the legal issues arising from the operation;

制定并根据公司发展需要不断完善和修订各类合同及法律文件模板；

To make and improve the template for various contracts and legal documents;

指导公司秘书相关工作；

To supervise company secretary related work;

负责法务部内部管理；

To manage the legal department;

负责与外部法律顾问的沟通及联系，并对外部法律顾问的服务质量进行监督和评价。

To contact and communicate with external legal counsel and supervise and appraise external counsel’s service quality



任职要求：

法学专业本科以上学历，通过中华人民共和国司法考试并获得法律职业资格证书

Bachelor degree or above, law major, passed the national judicial examination and obtained the legal professional qualification certificate

6年以上律师事务所及/或大型公司涉外法律工作经验

6 years or more foreign-related law practice experience in law firm and/or big companies 举报 分享
