职位描述

Environmental, health and safety culture / awareness

Ensures good EHS practices by being present on the workfloor
Anticipates, recognizes, evaluates and provides recommendations about
Environment, health and safety on the plant
Provides (coach) support to the operators on EHS matters
Assists the other managers of the company in all project/development of the plant (new equipment, modification, …)
Ensure that all engineering employees have the correct equipment to carry out their work safely and this equipment is maintained to a suitable standard

Compliance and regulatory

Writes and implements safety work instructions and procedures
Performs safety briefing and training to the personal
Defines risk analysis teams, initiates and performs risk analyses
Performs accident/incident investigations and provides recommendations for avoiding re-occurrence
Report EHS issues to the plant manager and the management team
Regular and timely work with local government safety bureau for EHS related issues.
Takes contact with safety authorities, Manage safety suppliers
Performs HSE audits
Regular meeting and communication with all plant levels for EHS related issues.
Develop long, short and medium term strategies for the benefit of the business and manage their implementation by agreed action plans.
Continually strive to achieve a “World Class” sterilisation facility in all respects


Management


Participate in management meetings at plant or Corp level if needed
Work in team with management and operators
Is in charge of HSE reporting
Initiator of improvement plans.

Engineer with a good industrial experiences in production/maintenance, gas industry related company experiences are preferred.
Safety officer 5+ years experiences required
Knowledge of legislation (Chinese and regional) regarding health, safety and environment
English writing, reading, speaking and listening fluently.
