职位描述

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITY
Establish transparency of material flows in Asia Pacifc region
Be single point of contact for all distribution related topics
Develop optimized distribution networks and concepts
Continually improve processes and collaboration between SCM, Sales, Supply, Procurement and 3PLs
Lead regional Distribution Management projects to further improve supply chain results
Roll out the Packaging Harmonization Project in collaboration with Handling Technology and Global Distribution Management
Develop logistics solutions with 3rd party logistics providers that comply with Evonik ESHQ requirements
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE BASE
Describe knowledge in practical procedures, work skills, specialized knowledge and scientific disciplines, required to perform all the requite tasks and assignments on the job.
Commercial or technical background required (min. bachelor desirable)
Dangerous goods handling knowledge required
Intimate knowledge of logistics and supply chain management and processes
Skills in participating in and managing international cross-functional projects
Good foundation for management role necessary
MS-Office, SAP R/3, Lotus Notes
TEAM AND RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
Strong team-player skills required as well as consciousness of utilizing resources in an efficient way. Team skills include working in cross-functional international teams through different time zones and accomplishing team work result progress without formal supervisor role.
