职位描述
PURPOSE OF POSITION(shanghai,shenzhen)
To provide quality leadership and direction at the entity level to ensure conformance of Quality Policies, drive continuous improvement of Quality systems to meet or exceed ISO Standards, timely resolution of quality issues, prevention activities and to ensure total customer satisfaction.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To ensures quality management system meets and exceeds the requirements of TS/ISO and those of customers.
2. Work with the BLT team to create and drive quality awareness, set Quality goals for the entity and provide directions and develop strategies to meet these goals.
3. Enforce discipline and the implementation of AQP system for new products, tools, and process.
4. To review quality training needs in the entity and develop action plans to dress these needs.
5. To conduct regular management reviews and ensure the integrity and effectiveness of the quality management system.
6. To provide technical leadership to improve product quality and other quality related services.
7. To drive resolution of internal and external product quality and quality related problems.
8. To work with suppliers on all quality issues and develop proactive supplier quality assurance programs.
9. To conduct regular internal quality audits to ensure conformance to International Quality Standards such as ISO 9000, TS 16949 and other customer requirements.
10. To drive continuous improvement activities throughout the organization, use mistake proofing methodologies where possible
11. To enforce Quality Control (incoming, in-process, outgoing) system and activities by using the right statistical tools, data analysis, and ensuring SAP data accuracy.
12. To act as the Management Representative for external quality standard certification (e.g. ISO 9000, TS 16949, ISO 14001 etc).
MEASUREMENT OF SUCCESS:
They include but not limited to the following,
1. Meet all customers' expectations in terms of product/process qualifications, audits and product quality.
2. Meet all quality goals.
3. Timely completion of all planned Quality training and development activities.
4. Develop a team of competent QA manager and engineers.
5. Meet all quality goals.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Education Level:
* A basic university degree in either science or engineering, master degree preferred.
Other Technical/Professional Qualification:
* CQE, CQM and Lead Assessor qualifications are added assets.
* Working knowledge of computer and statistical software is a must.
* Ability to communicate in both English and Mandarin is essential.
Years of Experience:
At least 8 years of experience in the field of Quality Assurance in high volume manufacturing electronic companies. Must be able to communicate with all management levels and possess good facilitating skills.
Prior experience with automotive industry is preferred.
