Job Description

1. The establishment and maintenance of the Quality System thatsatisfies the company objectives;

2. Promoting an understanding of the Company’s QualityPolicy throughout all Levels of the organization;

3. Review and approve the inspection and test procedures toensure compliance to applicable quality requirements;

4. Maintain control of the quality on the in-processoperations by establishing inspection stations in optimum positions and by useof appropriate inspection standards, control charts, etc;

5. Establish and maintain calibration system to ensure testsand measurements equipment used meets the measurement standards;

6. Inspection of in-process and finished products and retainfinal authorization for the disposition of non-conforming product. The recordof non-conformance shall be maintained;

7. Stop any operation, production line, or shipment ofproduct, if the quality of the product warrants such action;

8. Conduct ELSS implement in the plant and achieve to thecost out goal.

9. Ensure Eaton quality policy and object was be implementin the plant

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and above, good English inoral and writing;

• 5 years related experience and 2 years asmanager (machine industry is preferred)

• Be familiar with quality system or tools, likeiso9001, lean, six sigma;

• Good communication skill and leadership
