Position Title: Recruiting Researcher

We are looking for a talented candidate to bring passion and purpose to a career in human resources consulting. You will start out as a recruiting researcher screening potential candidates' resumes and CVs to match clients' job descriptions. We are looking for ability and potential so you should expect plenty of opportunity for advancement and pay increases in the first year of work. We hope you will use this position and opportunity to develop your leadership skills and management abilities so you can expand in your responsibilities and lead a team of your own in about a few years. We need the best, so if you feel you are the best, don't worry if you don't have previous experience in human resources, we will prepare you with the tools to be successful, after all you will be successful at whatever you do; we invite you to be successful with us.

Success Requirements:

1. Ability to judge from a CV or resume if an applicant could be a serious possibility for a job vacancy.

2. Adaptability to new software programs.

3. Willingness to work under recruiting consultant in completing recruiting process.

4. Competence in discussing job requirements with potential candidates (verbally and using email).

5. Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.

6. Experience and desire to work with multi-national managers.

7. Effective communication skills.

8. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

· Interest in developing valuable interpersonal skills
