职位描述
Responsibilities:
-To serve our growing client base with professional executive recruitment services
-To develop tailored recruitment solutions to clients leveraging our research team
-To execute focused business development programs and acquire new clients in new sectors and new markets
-To conduct researches, interviews and prepare professional assessment reports for clients
-To liaise with clients and candidates on a regular basis during the recruitment process
-To participate and drive our team building activities and marketing initiatives
Requirements:
-A university degree in relevant profession or business administration
-Proven solid experience in relevant industry or sales
-Personal qualities of outgoing, strong communication skills, team player and professionalism
-Aggressive with can-do attitude and be willing to take challenge and work under pressure
-Good command in English and Mandarin
