Key Responsibilities:
Market research as per clients' recruitment needs and requirements through the phone and other necessary channels
Identify the right candidates and initially assess and interview the candidate's qualification
Present the qualified candidates to consultant and participate face-face interview
Work with consultant to complete talent each search assignment for clients
Qualifications and Requirements:
University degree
1-3 years of HR recruitment or search experience
Aggressive with can-do attitude
Willing to take challenge and work under pressure
Initiating action and innovative thinking
