Key Responsibilities

1.Lead and direct the financial activities of the company, including financial and management accounts, financial planning, cost and budgets and financial reporting

2.Define and implement the organisation of the Finance department with appropriate, effective and reliable accounting systems. Ensure all financial transactions are accounted for and is available to support senior management decision making

3.Supervise the General Ledger accounting work to ensure that all revenues and costs are correctly allocated and monitored. This will include the preparation of regular reconciliations of accounts and its subsequent reporting.

4.Oversees and improve all accounting procedures and systems used by the Company.

5.To clearly identify strategic issues, opportunities and issues linked to both the company’s overall objectives and that of financing function. Contributes to the achievement of the company objectives by providing advice and guidance on financial strategy.

6.To ensure the Company meets its financial and legal responsibilities.

7.To ensure audit compliance and full sign off from external auditors.

Qualification:

Education and Certificate: B.S degree above in Finance, Accounting or related filed. A professional accounting qualification such as CPA is required.

Experience: A minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible professional experience in accounting, finance, auditing and so on. Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, procedures and standards. Ability to apply conceptual, analytical and evaluative skills in financing operations and provide professional financial advice to senior management

Language: Highly effective written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
