Job Description:
Leading the teams to conduct the production integration planning and implementation for acquired filling stations to gain the improvement and additional value in terms of safety ,quality, product portfolio and cost advantage to support company's growth strategies and efforts.
Requirements:
*Above university (from 985 schools) degree with engineering background, master degree is better
*More than 5 years industrial (or specialty) packaged gases operation manager experience (preferred from multinational companies), good at the techniques and filling processes of production.
*Good at renewing existing production lines and setting up new ones in terms of facilitating designing, purchasing, construction and licenses etc.
*Good at setting up production procedures and processes and providing trainings to production teams and staffs.
*Strong communication skills and willing to support each affiliate GM and management teams to reach the high product safety and quality standards.
*Good at basic financial knowledge, with deeper understanding of the production costs.
