Purpose of the Position:
Provide technology leadership to support the development of business for Company in China

Day to Day Responsibilities:
1.Identify local partners that can deliver differentiated capability to Company
Develop partnerships
2.Glass Finishing Equipment Suppliers,Glass Finishers,Glass Makers
3.Overall Objective is to create Chinese Glass supply chain as laboratory for Company
4.Manage development activity at Glass Finishing Equipment Suppliers,Glass Finishers
,Glass Makers
5.Provide technical interface for business development activities with the Chinese glass industry

Project involved with:
glass application related projects,Thin film PV

Education & Experience
1.10+ years of glass industrial experience (preferred at technical business development or industrial R&D management)
2.MS or higher degree in science and engineering fields relating to inorganic material fabrication, properties or applications.

Required Skills
1.Deep technical understanding of chemical properties, physical properties and surface properties of glass
2.Ability to deliver results with Supply Chain
3.Deep knowledge of Chinese glass technology and understanding industrial roadmaps
4.Appropriate engagement and management skills
5.Ability to learn new technologies
6.Excellent oral and written communication/presentation skill

Desired Skills
Inorganic materials
Preferably understanding of fundamental of technical glass applications
Agreement development and management

Soft Skills
Strong ability to collaborate with Company businesses
Good English and strong Mandarin language skills
Business savvy
Ability of building network with potential customers and collect VOC
Team work
