工作职责Responsibilities:

1.新业务获得
New business awarded：
根据任务指标开展新项目获取工作
New project awarded base on annual target
销售技术支持工作
Sales technical support

2.支持销售策略规划工作
Support sales strategy definition：
协调并确认合资公司的商务发展策略，并与中国区传感器业务单元的策略进行协调
Coordination and alignment JV business development strategy and approach with segment SPS China market strategy
负责汇总/维护公司的商业计划
Create and maintain business plan for RB
产品开发应用策略
Follow WSS development and application strategy
市场分析/竞争对手分析
Marketing and comptitor analysis

3.报价工作
Acquisition：
整理新产品的RFQ信息导入报价流程
Prepare RFQ information and start quotation process
进行报价流转工作
Tracking internal quotation process
报价情况追踪/更新报价策略
Tracking quotaiton status from customer side/update quotation strategy

4.共享销售会议
Sales committee meeting：
汇总共享销售团队的月度市场信息、新品进度的信息，新项目竞争对手报价情况分析
Orginze sales team monthly market information,new quotation status,new quotation compititor information
支持销售总监与天博各区域销售经理召开月度例会,并准备汇报材料
Support sales director orgnize the monthly review meeting,prepare report material

5.相关会议资料准备
Relate meeting material preparation：
准备每周管理层会议销售相关资料
Prepare the weekly management staff meeting from sales side
准备供货委员会月度汇报资料
Prepare monthly Sales commitee meeting report

6.应收账款管理
AR management：
支持销售总监进行应收账款管理工作
Support sales director for AR management

7.协调工作
Coodinator function：
作为陆博销售的接口负责与天博联系并完成销售相关的任务
Finish relate work with QFTB sales team as interface from Road Broad

8.合同管理工作
Contract management：
采购合同、各类销售协议的保存与管理
LOI,other contract management

9.其他
Others：
完成公司部门领导与公司领导交待的工作
Daily work base on management request

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (Minimum)
Bachelor degree & basic English
Communication & commercial experience for 2-3 years in JV company.
