职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
Increase profitable sales and win market shares in the robotics Industry through establishing new accounts for the company while maintaining existing business and increase penetration of these accounts in the region. Work under pressure to fulfill sales targets
Acquisition of key customers in the respective market/industry
Look after and consult customers in the respective market/industry
To prepare and negotiate successfully quotations and price proposals.
To identify all the opportunities for sales growth in terms of product, service, market share gain, promotion, new business, international development...and to manage the relevant projects which are launched to address these opportunities in local region.
Analyze technical trends and innovations as well as derive and communicate corresponding recommendations internally with the relevant segment organization(s) within ABB as well as to the other subsidiaries.
Analyze and communicate necessary operative marketing activities (fairs, end customer marketing etc.) to the adequate departments
Analyze and communicate necessary strategic marketing activities (industry and competition analysis) to the adequate departments and subsidiaries
Responsible for reaching the targets in turnover and units in the industry
Competencies and Qualifications Desired
University majored in industrial automation/mechanical-electronic engineering
4 years working experience and at least 2 years in technical sales position of selling investment equipment for industrial automation.
Foreign invested company strongly desired
Experience in develop and manage sales channels is preferred
With high flexibility (desired)
Proactive, aggressive and initiative (must)
Good interpersonal & presentation skill (must)
Good English (both writing and speaking) (desired)
Good Computer skills in MS Windows / Office and other applications (preferred)
Good sales track record (must)
