起草公司各阶段工作总结，准备各种向上级汇报的报告与文件；

Prepare the business summaries and all the other reports and materials for the Plant Manager.

协助厂长对公司运作与各职能部门进行协调，必要时可单独召集业务沟通会议或工作会议；

Assist Plant Manager to coordinate the cooperation with functional departments. Organize the communication meeting independently while necessary.

协助厂长制定战略计划、年度经营计划及各阶段工作目标分解；

Support Plant Manager to prepare the strategic plan, business plan and goals;

撰写公司管理层会议等公司层面的各项会议纪要；

Prepare the minutes of the Staff meeting and other management meetings.

负责公司全体员工大会的会议资料准备和会议设置；

Organize the Town Hall Meeting and prepare presentations.

负责公司员工座谈会的组织、记录及需落实问题的跟进；

Organize the Round Table Meeting, take minutes and follow up.

协助厂长开展公司企业文化工作；

Support Plant Manager to join in the company culture work;

协助厂长进行上级来访以及伊顿其它区域访客的安排；

Support Plant Manager to arrange for Senior visitors of Eaton;

协助厂长处理外部公共关系（政府、客户、供应商等）；

Support Plant Manager with Public relationship (Government, customers, suppliers etc.)

担任无锡工厂与伊顿美国总部，亚太区，中国区和其它伊顿工厂的联络人；协调并支持与之相关的工作；

Act as the liaison among Wuxi plant with Eaton Headquarters, AP, China and other Eaton plants. Coordinate the related work.

负责递交与分发厂长签字的文件，报告等；

Distribute the documents for Plant Manager approval;

负责公章的管理，确认公章使用的合理性；

Keep the company stamps, ensure the reasonability of using the stamps.

协助厂长进行日程安排，行程安排等等工作；

Support Plant Manager with Agenda and travel management.

完成其他临时交办的任务。

Other temporary tasks assigned.

Require:

公关、行政管理、企业管理等相关专业本科及以上学历；

Bachelor degree or above in PR, Business Administration, or Corporate Management

5年及以上相关行业企业行政管理工作经验，2年及以上相关职位工作经验；

5 years or more work experience in administration management in related industries; more than 2 years of relative work experience.
