职位描述
Eaton had an opening located in Dongguan, the purpose is to:
a.Support, train, mentor and coach plant leadership or Site leadership;
b.Influence the related Site operation employee on operation system principles, processes, and tools as defined in Lean and Six Sigma Manufacturing Framework;
c.In liaison with the operation system Teams, drive continuous improvement implementation;
d.Share knowledge with other operation teams for support and continued update of latest operation system enhancements;
e.Identify & deploy impactful tools, processes, and training needed;
f.Monitor operation system performance indices and drive breakthrough performance and expectations at each operation system site;
g.Coaches & mentors all project leaders on the improvement projects;
h.Track records of performance.
1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering Discipline;
2. At least 10 years experiences of manufacturing engineering or production management with Six sigma black belt;
3. Experienced in delivering training, coaching and developing employees;
4. Experienced in applying Lean principles.
5. Team player with enthusiasm, high energy and has demonstrated record of driving results
6. Ability to analyze data and identify factors that significantly drives improvements.
7. Lean expert or equivalent, mastering lean manufacturing or similar operating system.
8. Drive solutions to assigned tasks, utilizing proactive approach
9. Ability to present problems and drive actions in a systematic approach.
10. Build capabilities within the site leadership.
11. Ability to lead change initiatives and drive process excellence.
12. Ability to make significant changes in a variety of environments
13. Strong organizational skills with project planning and program management.
