Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
n Received the shipments forecasts, monitor the data quality and time.
n Responsible to do the transportation planning, optimize the transportation based on pre-defined guidelines to meet the service level while lower the cost.
n Responsible to delivery order pick up forecast to each carriers with clearly transportation requirements.
n Responsible to Schedule carrier truck arrangement and cargo pick up
n Responsible to monitor the carrier performance during the pick up phase.
n Responsible for managing exception management and corrective action processes for cargo pick improve or replace, in addition to internal process corrective actions. Publish corrective action to Control tower.
n Maintain transport requirements
Skills & Experience
n Good English reading/speaking/writing
n Good knowledge of MS Office
n More than 3 years logistics experience,
n Academic degreeor above
n Excellent communication and teamwork skills
