Plant Deputy GM
Report to: GM
Responsibility
Coordiante internal different departments to support GM for daily plant operation
Work with corporate senior leadership to ensure business strategy and plan is implemented
Support GM to lead the team to meet the business target
Act as GM while GM is absent
Requirement
5-10 years working experience as plant opeartion management
Fluent English and Madarin in both speaking and writing
Overseas education and working experience preferred
Result-oriented, mature, strong leadership skills
