职位描述
Responsibilities:
Identify key responsibilities and how they are accomplished
1. Develop package supplier sourcing and qualification system to optimize supplier base to low the supply risk
2. Develop and continuously improve the supplier performance evaluation system with the support of MRP, Quality, PQE, etc, and monitor the supplier performance in real time.
3. Develop and continuously improve the cost management system, and lead the team to do packaging supply market price research, what's more, request supplier to improve the productivity with the new technology to achieve the cost saving.
4. Monitor the supplier quality performance monthly, and request supplier to find the root cause and take action to prevent the reoccurring of same issue.
5. Totally understand the requirement of company strategy plan, and develop the objective of the team and provide the training and coaching for the team members to improve the personal skill and capability, as a result, to develop a professional packaging source team.
6. Continuously improve the supplier performance of quality, price and service to develop a competitive supply chain to improve company's core competency.
Education Knowledge & Experience :
1. Undergraduate
2. 5 years or above working experience
3. 3 year or above management experience
4. Good knowledge in ERP system
5. Familiar in package supplier market
6. Good skill in English communication
7. Good skill in Microsoft software
