Based in Changzhou, this position is responsible for Tractor Product Controlling of AGCO. As a key member of the finance team, there will be close liaison with the local functional teams.

Responsibility is to ensure that key operational product costing is based on appropriate financial review and control. This will include:

- MFG cost center OpEx and HC Budget and Forecast
- Overhead cost analysis
- Set up STD Labor, OH rate
- Monthly Closing for OH assessment
- SAP support (BPL)



II. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY:

? Set up cost center structure and monitor actual against budget
? Development of overhead structure based on volume
? Monitor development of standard rate
? Development of competitive labor and OH rate
? Monthly closing and cost center analysis
? Monitoring the accurate financial reporting
? Support the manufacturing

III. FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE:

This role will require excellent knowledge and application of a wide range of management accounting techniques, and in particular experience with cost center, headcount and overhead controlling techniques.
Strong Excel spreadsheet skills, Powerpoint, Word and other systems knowledge.
Appreciation of the workings of modern integrated finance and business systems is highly desirable – SAP is the ERP system

IV. BUSINESS EXPERTISE:
Experience if planning and analysis in MNCs is required.

V. LEADERSHIP/PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:
The MFG OH Controller will have a hands-on approach, encouraging a “can-do” attitude focused on achieving results.
Good communication skills

VI. PROBLEM SOLVING:
This role will need to navigate effectively across different functions and within Finance,
Excellent numeracy skills.



VII. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Qualifications:
College education
Clear demonstration of interest and influence over wider business decisions is necessary, including significant contributions to major projects.
Working knowledge of business controlling techniques in a large manufacturing organization must be demonstrated.

Languages:
Excellent English.
