岗位职责:
1、根据生产计划安排生产，对计划执行率负责；
2、质量标准、质量意识等培训、执行监督，对加工过程质量和加工后零件质量负责；
3、工艺文件的执行控制与优化，改进现场工作效率；
4、生产成本控制：生产用料易耗品的控制、车间能耗等的管控；
5、对车间生产安全负责，生产异常协调与处理；
6、常用工装、夹具的设计与制作；
7、团队建设：人员培养、下属员工工作分配与平衡等。

任职资格:
1、大专及以上学历，机械类专业；
2、熟练使用CAD绘图软件，能设计常用的工装、夹具，了解机械加工工艺安排，具有工装/夹具设计、工艺改善的能力；
3、时间/质量/安全/成本意识强；
4、具备良好的管理能力和团队协作能力。
