I. POSITION PURPOSE:
Responsible for verify employees expense report to ensure all of payments complies to company policy

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY: KEY MEASUREMENT:

? Verify the expense reports from employees, prepare AP entry in SAP system
? Monitor payment status according to the payment terms. Prepare payment run weekly
? Prepare the account reconciliation and analysis AP aging to ensure that there is no unidentified overdue
? Assist cashier to prepare the weekly cash forecast
? Assist GL account to prepare account reconciliation
? Timely and accuracy, trouble shooting capacity
? Appropriate manner and troubleshooting capacity
? Other job assigned by accounting manager

II. FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE:

? Good sense on policy control
? Good knowledge of GAAP
? Good in using Office Software
? Experienced knowledge and skill for relevant areas


III. BUSINESS EXPERTISE:

The job requires a good understanding of the company’s business and of the industry. The experienced knowledge and skill for accounting is plus.

IV. LEADERSHIP/PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:
The position so far does not supervise any staff. But she/he should have potential to be promoted to high level. This person will be key member as of accounting team.

V. PROBLEM SOLVING:

Systematical approach to resolve the process issues
Working under pressure to resolve the urgent issues related to deadlines and/or requests from authorities.

? University graduated or above
? Independent working and problem solving still, self-motivated, can work under pressure
? Fluent in both oral and written English
? Be familiar with ERP system (SAP is preferable).
? Team working spirit and good interpersonal communication skill
