I. POSITION PURPOSE:

This role is expected to evolve over the next 2 – 4 years as China growth is realized. Initial focus is infrastructure development and maintenance. Responsible for delivery of IT services on infrastructure Changzhou.

1. Maintains the availability and operational support of the local computers and telephone infrastructure.
2. Coordinate with all IT subcontractors including Network, servers and EUC (End user compute) etc. to provide excellent IT services.
3. Work close with global IT infrastructure team.
4. Follow with global IT standards and policies.
5. Local EUC (End User Computer) support.
6. Other tasks as assigned.
7. Work with service desk for daily IT work.
8.Work with outsourcing IT to support user desktop. Mainly for Greenfield



MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY: KEY MEASUREMENT:

? Computer and telephone Support
? Record and manage the daily issue.
? User support with outsourcing help
? User satisfaction for daily support



II. FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE:

General knowledge of Infrastructure. Including:
Network system (Lan/Wan)
Telephone system
Operation system of windows
Computer system
General software installation and user support for computers. Example: MS Office

Communication skills to support user request

Problem solving knowledge / experience



III. BUSINESS EXPERTISE:

Knowledge of manufacturing and manufacturing processes

SOX knowledge

Programming


IV. LEADERSHIP/PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:

Work with IT infrastructure lead and IT manager to give support

Give support to user for daily work


V. PROBLEM SOLVING:

Patient and hard work for complex situation

Must evaluate issues using multiple sources of information.

IX. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Mandarin as first language; Multi Lingual; fluent English (verbal and written) is required

College education or high. Computer Science and Technology.

Minimum one to two years’ help desk experience in IT

Familiar with Microsoft system, include OS, office and Basic computer Knowledge on Network and print system

Has a passion to learn new technologies, good working attitude and positive mental attitude.
