Major Responsibility:

Eaton Corporation located in Wuxi, China has an opening for GL & Tax Accountant in Vehicle Group Operations;

Understand the integrated financial system (PC-based, Oracle software with dual-language capability) especially on the GL management and Encore report;

Accurate, timely generation of monthly, quarterly, annual reports;

Be responsible for the related tax filling, keep good relationship with the tax bureau;

Support tax department in compliance with Transfer Pricing Documentation requirement;

In charge of VAT, export VAT, income tax, business tax issue;

Balance sheet items review which related AP, AR, and cash, especial for IC AR≈

Focus on accruals, prepared, payroll follow up;

Annual audit and tax inspection per year;

Handle such as enterprise annual check , annual corporate income tax application, apply all subsidy etc. all governmental transactions;

Ensure all the activities carried out meet ISO 14001 standards and requirements;

Other tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in finance or accounting;

At least 5 years' experience in finance including at least 3 years experience in foreign manufacturing company with a strong emphasis on cost accounting;

Good oral and written English, communication skills;

Proficient with MS packages(Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint) needed to analyze and report data;

Knowledge of ERP-Oracle system;

Able to learn quickly and willing to take up challenges;

Experience with tax is preferred.
