-To supervise the factory quality system in his charge and to issue instructions or adaptation of the quality procedures to the context of the factory.

-To verify and authorize the operational instructions issued within the factory.

-To plan and manage verification inspections; to promote and verify the implementation of preventive/corrective actions.

-Daily report of quality indicators specific to the production process.

-To manage non-conformities in products-processes and systems.

-Audit of process and of product (according to the plan).

-To manage relations with certification organizations and bodies related to his area of competence.

-To implement and check action plans to prevent and correct non-conformities.

-Support to identify the reasons that caused quality internal incidents or claims from customers.

-Checkout maintenance interventions regarding quality process.

II. JOB REQUIREMENTS
职位要求
a. Qualification: University
资格：大学本科（技术专业）
b. Experience: 4 years at least

c. Knowledge: Quality norms and procedures, Statistics applied to the process, Production process knowledge, Industrialization problems knowledge, Quality System, Benchmarking.

d. Skills: Analytical and methodical approach, people management and developing the team, adaptability to change, personal and professional credibility, building and maintaining relationships (external), planning and setting objectives
