职位描述
岗位职责：
1、 根据公司总体经营要求、规划，拟定经营调整计划，上报公司审批，并组织实施；
2、 规划客服部全年工作计划，并监督工作计划的执行；
3、 根据商业的实际经营状况，优化业态组合，调整品牌结构；
4、 加强与品牌商的战略合作伙伴关系，规范品牌商管理，提升品牌商支持配合率，全面执行合同约定；
5、 做好商业市场调研，并根据调研情况审议、提交调研报告，为公司经营决策提供依据。
6、 收取及审阅每日商场巡查记录及每日投诉记录，并处理跟进；
7、 每日对商场清洁、外围绿化、垃圾清运进行监督，根据计划安排消杀及外墙清洗；
8、 遇有紧急事故，配合工程部和保安部进行紧急处理，并协助总经理处理善后工作；
任职要求：
本科以上学历；
年龄在30岁—40岁之间；
熟练操作各项办公软件、撰写能力强；
5年以上商业项目客服工作经验，3年以上客服部管理工作经验，
熟悉商业项目客服部的具体工作，有效协调各个部门的业务对接；
具有高度的工作热情和责任感，处理项目现场突发事件的能力，
具有很强的团队管理能力、带领团队完成客服部的日常工作；
具有较强人际交往能力、应变能力及解决问题的能力，亲和力强。
