General Summary:

综述:

Be responsible for the acceleration of the supplier`s equipment delivery for the Project. As Company`s Representative in Supplier`s workshop, shall use the best efforts to push and ensure the supplier production’s Progress and Quality meet the project schedule requirements during project execution.

负责项目的采购计划,发送订单,确保供应商订单物料/设备的准时/有效地到达。从供应商管理角度需要尽最大努力确保供应商的物料/设备在项目执行过程中符合和满足项目计划要求。



Job Overview:

岗位工作描述:

1. The Expeditor’s scope begins at Purchase order placement and continues through until the equipment is satisfactorily received in workshop/site. This cover a whole purchase order life cycle which mean PO issue, Order acknowledgement, Manufacture Progress from supplier, Inspection and Test progress , On time delivery, Non-Conformity trace, Warranty Claim process, proper invoice and payment instructions, documentation deliverable per PO scope etc.

项目计划/催交员的责任是在项目过程中,关注供应商从发订单,订单确认,供应商生产,检验需求,准时交付,质量检验,质保赔付,及发票指示,设备文件交付等诸多订单流程事宜。

2. The Expeditor shall be one of the main interfaces with the Vendor and report back to the Project Team. He/she is proactive and assist in developing strategies preventing any issues impacting delivery time or cost.

项目计划/催交员是在项目过程中整个采购计划和管理供应商订单的主要内部协调者。他/她需要积极主动的对内和对外协调沟通,有效管理已确保物料/设备的准时到达满足项目交期要求。

Roles and Responsibilities:

岗位职责:

1. Be aware of contractual obligations of each purchase order placed (i.e. Delivery Performance and Quality Performance liaises with Purchase order)

熟悉掌握每个和供应商的订单/合同的商务条款(比如准时交货和质量要求,Incoterm 2010及其他商务要求)。

2. Attend Kick off meetings as much as possible/necessary

参加项目的内部协调会。

3. Ensure Progress reports from Vendor are received as appropriate, analyzed and that findings are relayed.

确保主要设备/物料的供应商的月生产报告的交付和监督。

4. Ensure regular follow up of all Vendors either by telecommunication/e-mail or carry out actual expediting visits.

确保常规每周/每天的日常催交要求,通过邮件或电话方式和供应商及时有效地沟通。

5. Arrange field visits when necessary, and get the field expediting report

如有需要,可以安排到供应商工厂进行催交。

6. Keep the expediting database updated at all the time.

确保日常维护项目采购/物料计划和日常催交记录。

7. Generate and make available weekly material status reports to the project team.

向项目组提交项目采购进度的周报表。

8. Liaise closely with Logistics Team on all upcoming and existing shipments.

和物流团队合作确保各种交货方式的顺利进行。

9. Result oriented for the on-time delivery and Quality of supplier`s equipment.

结果导向监督供应商的准时交货率和质量

10. Issue of MPR to Sourcing Team for issuance of RFQ to suppliers.

向内部采购团队提交项目采购进度的周报表和督促物料采购申请。


Job Requirement:

岗位要求:

1. Bachelor degree or above; At least 2-3 years working experience; Commercial or Engineering working experience is prefer.

大学本科或以上, 有至少2-3年工作经验,商务及工科背景皆可。

2. English skill is required. Be Good at English read and write; Capable of Speaking in English is preferred.

熟练英文阅读,写作,及听说能力为佳。

3. Industry manufacturer or petrochemical industry engineering company related work experience is preferred.

工业制造或石油化工项目型企业或工程公司相关工作经验为佳。

4. Factory Location: Shanghai Pudong/ KangQiao Area

工作地点:浦东新区/康桥地区。
