Responsibility:

1.Setup KPI and generating CRM daily/weekly/Monthly report to support each team daily operation in CRM department, including member status, point status, conversion rate, etc...

2.Performing regular analysis of data to identify trends that can help improve operational performance, reduce costs, and improve customer experience.

3.Setup data model to analyze the CRM ROI, conversion rate and other customer behavior KPI.

4.Analyzing operations to identify opportunities for new metrics; optimizing the current VIP program or marketing strategy.

5.Ensuring that technical systems are in place to collect desired metrics; if systems are not in place, support with IT as the local point of contact to coordinate the development of such systems.

6.Performing miscellaneous data requests for business partners.

requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above, major in Finance/Math/Computer Science or related majors preferred

2.Deeply understood Business Object architecture and methodologies

3.Solid experience working in with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Microsoft Access knowledge and familiarity with BI, BIEE, SSAS and SSRS a plus.

4.knowledge of relational database, such as MS SQL, Oracle DB or MySQL, be able using run SQL query on top of those DB

5.Strong quantitative ability-experience working with large quantity of data and numbers

6.5+ years of experience in an analytic role

7.Strong analytical mind. Able to read behind figures and identify business opportunities and area of improvement

8.Able to take initiatives and make things done independently.

9.Excellent communication and presentation skills.

10.Fluent in both oral and written English. (Optional)
