Responsibilities

1.Develop and implement procurement strategies for mannequin & hanger categories, consistent with overall Procurement objectives and procurement policy and standard.

2.Act as competency center and central point of contact for stakeholder and strategic supplier management of this category.

3.Facilitate/participate in new development projects whilst managing the supplier relations (Early supplier involvement).

4.Ensure that category targets are met (savings, customer satisfaction, vendor aggregation, spend control, i.e. procurement excellence delivered and continuously challenged)

5.Plan, manage and execute strategic sourcing activities for the category

6.Constantly monitor supplier markets and trends. Identify and unleash opportunities coming from changes in internal business needs, new brand image, new market situations (e.g. entry/exit of suppliers, changes in pricing or service availability)

7.Develop and manage supplier base together with stakeholders

8.Conduct risk assessment and regular risk audits of strategic suppliers and/or strategic agreements within category

9.Monitor performance of key suppliers and serve as a resource to resolve issues/problems

10.Together with Indirect Procurement Manager ensure timely development of category specific procurement skills, processes, tools that enables IP team members to continuously challenge internal and external supply/value chains (for specific category) in a cost effective manner.

Requirements

1.Degree in engineering, business, technology, management or equivalent

2.Minimum 3 years of sourcing related experience in mannequin & hanger categories from a global environment

3.Used to working with "Customer in focus”, team player with good communication skills at all levels

4.Result oriented, ability to organize, prioritize and work well under time constrains and deadlines
