Responsibilities:

1.Workwith Division Managers, Interior Creative Managers, designers and suppliers to fast realize new samples in stores

2.Involve suppliers to provide solutions or suggestions on furniture development guided by special requirements

3.Communicate effectively and efficiently with suppliers to make prototypes and samples.

4.Transfer approved samples to Technical Drawing Specialist for technical drawing, and mass production

5.Provide feedback on supplier development capability to Indirect Procurement Manager for supplier evaluation

Requirements

1.Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Industrial Design, Furniture Design or equivalent

2.Minimum 3 years of furniture design or production experience, ideally in fashion industry

3.Understanding of product structure and production techniques is a preferred

4.Quick response

5.Team player with good communication skills in a global environment

6.Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

7.Skillful CAD user, ideally also good at SketchUp, SolidWorks

8.Fluent in both oral and written English
