Responsibilities:

1.Provide administrative support to the division managers, solving fixed and Ad Hoc cross brand tasks.

2.Assist Division Managers with cross brand communication and translation orally and in writing.

3.Assist Division Manager in the development, introduction and execution of standards, methods and processes for all project related support functions.

4.Steering of the holistic process of projects’ assignments concerning the impacts of new-type projects, planning and production.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above educational background, business related degree is preferred.

2.At least two years working experience in MNC, business driven, mature and professional style.

3.Positive thinking, proactive, fair and direct.

4.Good team working and interpersonal skill. Keep good communication with internal and external customers/colleagues

5.Strong ability to analysis, solution oriented, especially in some critical time.

6.Proficient in both written and oral English

7.Systematic, Work independent, keep high spirit and understand how to meet schedule organized under multi-task pressure

8.High degree of ethics: Strong values and understand our company's interests
