Responsibilities
The National Retail manager will work directly with the global CEO and Retail VP of China to help drive sales for J.Lindeberg in China. This involves the following:
1.Be responsible for retail expansion of J.Lindeberg in China
2.Coordinate and liaise with internal departments and provide the support of daily retail operations to all regions.
3.Staff training on premium Western lifestyle, J.Lindeberg and sales skills in a premium shop environment
4.To improve visual merchandising to better fit into a premium shop environment + better drive sales
5.To work closely with Marketing department to set out trade marking strategy and implement promotion in retail terminals
Requirements
1.Bachelor degree or above
2.At least 10 years working experience in Premium/Luxury, familiar with luxury lifestyle
3.Regional manager above background with solid luxury experience
4.Know well about Training, marketing as well as sales and visual merchandizing
5.Fluent in English and mandarin
